I used Arm & Hammer Detergent - Clean Burst for a medium-sized load of dark colored clothes. I used about a half capful for cold wash settings as instructed on the label. My clothes came out smelling fresh but not overly perfumed which I appreciated. I used it for a load of towels as well, and they also came out clean and fresh on the cold wash setting. The 33-oz handled bottle is great for bringing along on a trip or to a laundry mat due to its portable size and weight. I share Arm & Hammer's eco-conscious values and appreciate that the plastic bottle is recycle friendly. From what I've seen at the store, Arm & Hammer laundry products are less expensive than other popular name brands but work just as well. I'm a believer and will definitely purchase and recommend Arm & Hammer Clean Burst.

They think we won’t notice that they changed this - we get less for the same price as before - and it’s completely diluted.. But I noticed- so I’m not buying this, anymore. I used MORE than I ever used before and my laundry was not cleaned. It came out with no scent and still had easily cleaned staining on the clothes (such as a chocolate milk spot, etc). I thought the first failed wash was a fluke so I rehashed with double the detergent and same ineffective results. I put my clothes aside and waited for a better detergent to be delivered. That detergent cleaned my clothes like normal - no issues - plus they smelled so nice.

I also made the mistake of using this on my dog blankets - like I’ve done for years - and putting them in the dryer without double checking Arm and Hammer’s performance. Well - I had to throw away those blankets. They smelled bad after the wash because they were wet dirty dog blankets that got dried and the smell was baked into the fibers. They couldn’t be saved. My dogs are almost 12 - they’re bathed every two weeks and have never been stinky just normal (often bathed) dog scent. I’ve never had an issue with their laundry - until A and H switched things up on us. Awful. I didn’t even finish the last large bottle I bought - I immediately bought another brand and have been happily switched over, for a month now.

I do not recommend this product anymore. It’s worth it to pay a few extra dollars for a quality detergent.

I don’t usually buy detergent with fragrance and now I know why. The smell was overpowering in my laundry room. I could smell it everywhere in my house. I watch these commercials where people add extra fragrance to their laundry, so they’ll smell fresh for weeks and weeks and weeks. You may never have to wash your clothes again. You’ll always smell fresh or of these concoction of chemicals that cover your body odor. I’m not sure what’s happening in our society. Is it people trying to save a buck and not washing as much or people just wanting to smell clean and not actually being clean. You walk into my house and you smell nothing. No sprays, no candles, no plug-ins. I’m sure all those chemicals are healthy for you.

Does Walmart listen to anyone or will it keep doing it's stupid thing. Why do you put sticky tape on bottle caps before shipping?. Does the manufacturer, who knows best, put sticky tape on its bottle caps before shipping. NO.
Sticky tape makes the bottle cap STICKY and UNPLEASANT TO HANDEL.
Whoever thought of this idea is not too bright.
If you want to make sure that liquids don't spill then make sure that bleach bottle caps
are tight before delivery to the customer. I have had my clothes ruined by bleach spilled inside the bag before delivery. Problem is compounded by third rate bags which more often that not have holes in them. I am a MEMBER of many years. If I don't see any action on this matter I will quit my membership. Name AK GHAURI.
