Ordered at 6-15 then received it the very next day!

So happy with this phone honestly. It doesnt lag at all because of its refresh rate and processor. Havent tried big games yet since i havent installed genshin impact but ill try on this phone! I love the customization a lot, especially the themes! The lockscreen, font, widgets, etc.

BUT im disappointed that its not included in hyperos or it hasnt come yet to this unit but i hope they include note 13 4g after they included its pro version. Its very lightweight, vibrant screen and nice speakers. The cameras are fine for me since i rarely take photos.

Delivery was within a week even though from China, initially ordered sunset colour but returned under change of mind policy and received early refund as soon as item was collected by SPX staff. Reordered mint green version, came in sealed box with Google preinstalled and in English. Material looks good and performance so far is good at this price for internet browsing, banking, simple video & photo taking, online movies and shopping. Deleted all the preinstalled games and some unnecessary apps, saved about 2.4GB of storage. Hope will last a few years. Previous Redmi Note 7 bought in 2018 still performing well.

Can’t believe how entry level phones perform these days, like this budget Xiaomi phone. Generous storage and RAM, long battery life, beautiful and hi-res screen, fast enough performance. Takes beatiful pictures, too, even in low light, at least for the main camera. I was hesitant to order from this shop at first (glad there’s COD), but delighted that the unit got here in the province fast enough, and I got the real deal. Will order again from this shop when it’s time to upgrade.

Redmi is a very budget friendly phone. You get to have smooth refresh rate and smooth performance for less than 10k. Just don’t expect too much about the camera. If you’re not into pictures that much and would just want to have a decent photo every now and then, then this phone is for you. Had a Redmi 10 from 3 years ago that still working smoothly. Their main customer service is responsive too via email and text. Had the battery of the Redmi10 replaced and only had to pay reasonable price.

Seller was also very responsive thru chat and granted my request to issue warranty slip. Took only 1 day delivery considering I’m from the province. Thanks seller!
