Phone's functions are normal good. Back button is not working properly. In lock screen one message is always displaying that "THIS DEVICE BELONGS TO YOUR ORGANIZATION". It means I paid and purchased from Controlz and the phone is not mine. And the charger which was you sent along with phone is not working. Very dissatisfied purchase.

Great camera and keyboard. Dislike the lack of phone case designs available compared to other brands. Gaming mode allows me to focus on game. Great battery life. Would prefer if wireless charging capability was available. Still a great phone for its price. Would prefer if they have dual sim capacility (at least dual e-sim if not possible)

False advertisment from controlz team, mentioned original accessories in unboxed catalogue and gave controlz charger. When contacted the support they said its a original controlz charger. I mean like how bad the support team is.

My display of 8T has 5 green lines so far. It's increasing every 1 or 2 months. I never expected this from such a reputed brand like OnePlus. Really disheartened.
