November 12, 2024I would rather chew my own arm off than ever buy a refurbished phone from Best Buy again. The phone stopped working after less than 30 days and Best Buy refused to help me with it and instead sent me directly to Apple. Apple was very helpful and tried to do everything they could, but the problem is that when Best Buy refurbished the phone, they did not update the sold date, and the phone no longer appears to fall under the 90-day warranty from Apple. I’ve made several attempts to work with Best Buy to get this date changed since it does not reflect the date. I actually purchased the phone as soon as the date is changed Apple is more than happy to help me fix or replace the phone. Unfortunately, no one at Best Buy no matter how many hours I spend on the phone or chatting, wants to help. I have bought so many electronics from Best Buy and had wonderful experiences in the past, but this most recent experience purchasing a refurbished iPhone from a retailer I thought I could trust, has been horrible and now I have a $600 paperweight and have to buy a new phone. Even the geek squad team at my local store said they recommend don’t ever buy a refurbished phone even from Best Buy. I guess it’s a lesson learned and I’ll be buying my other electronics somewhere else in the future

June 29, 2024This phone was "not scanned before it left the warehouse". This is what I was told when I attempted to activate the phone. I've had Straight Talk for years and have bought phones online in the past with no problems, until now. After three frustrating days and numerous phone calls, a representative told me to take it to a Walmart store and have them scan it, then it can be found in the system and activated. I didn't see how that would work as the phone was not FROM the store, if you understand how their inventory works, but it was worth a try. Luckily this phone model was in their system. They processed a refund for the phone, put the money on a gift card, and resold it to me, this process of course included scanning the bar code of the new phone, and, there you go, it was now able to be found by Straight Talk when I called to activate it, so it does now work. This whole process was aggravating, stressful and completely ridiculous. Absolutely inexcusable that a phone, which by the way, claimed to be 'locked to Straight Talk' both on the website AND the material that came with the phone, could not be added to the advertised carrier without jumping through many, many hoops. Crazy! I will never buy another phone online. The phone itself is fine, but the whole customer experience was a -10.

November 12, 2024Image stabilization system with matrix shift. Cinematic effect video shooting mode. Macro photography. Performance – the Apple A15 processor used in the 13th model of the smartphone consists of 15 billion transistors and 6 cores, has a high power, which is clearly noticeable when compared with other smartphone models. Autonomy – the smartphone is equipped with a more powerful battery, due to which it can hold a charge for up to two days if used only for calls. Memory capacity – in earlier versions of the smartphone, the memory capacity was 64 GB, but the iPhone 13 has a permanent memory capacity of 128 GB. Display – the iPhone 13 is equipped with a 6.1-inch OLED Super Retina XDR display with increased brightness - up to 1000 nits and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz. This improvement is not immediately noticeable, but when compared with previous models, the difference is easy to notice.
Fantastic value iPhone

June 15, 2024I just bought an Apple iPhone 13, iOS, 6.1", 5G, SIM Free, 128GB and was amazed at how easy it was to transfer all of the data from my last phone. I considered which features were important to my lifestyle, the size of phone I required, and how much I wanted to spend before shopping around to see what the market had to offer. This model comes in a range of colours, green, blue, red, pink, white, and Midnight Blue. I chose Midnight Blue. I needed to receive business emails, often with large attachments, browse the web, lookup directions, take excellent quality photographs and, for pleasure, play around with songwriting on GarageBand. The price is amazing for the features the phone offers. The touchscreen is sensitive and the face recognition works really well. The phone is fast (5G), the battery lasts a long time and the screen is clear. The duel camera system offers many features and editing potential. There is ample storage for music, videos and podcasts and the sound quality is brilliant. Superb value for money.
