I recently purchased this mobile device, and unfortunately, I've had a Worst experience with both the product and the customer service.

Firstly, the device itself has multiple issues. The fingerprint sensor is not functioning correctly, which is a significant inconvenience for security and usability. Additionally, the device tends to overheat during regular usage, making it uncomfortable to hold and potentially affecting its long-term durability. Moreover, the battery drains unusually fast, leaving me constantly searching for a charger.

I reached out to the customer service team with a return request, hoping to resolve these issues. Unfortunately, my request was rejected because they claimed the packaging was not in its original condition. This left me feeling frustrated and stuck with a defective device.

very very nice phone (OnePlus 10T) although it is a used phone the one I bought it was still very presentable, almost new looking product. it barely had some dirt on the speakers I was able to clean. The only thing is th battery life, about 85% if I could see it when you look it in the iphones, well it is a used phone what could I expect right? haha

Great phone at a great sale price. Got it up and running on MetroTmo. Went through the SwitchPhone process through the web- MyMetro app kept crashing. Had to type in my SIM card# on the new phone since it had my phone# in that section and wouldn't connect to the network. USB cabled over all my apps and data in about 30 mins. Android and Oxygen need to update a few times to get up to date, but all good now. 5G reception is much better now. Revvl 5G was a good phone for me, but was having problems with reception\connection so got this one.

The phone is in mint condition. Working as expected. I bought this for the wife. She loves it. And it comes with a year warranty to boot. Thank you.
