This comes in with no original packaging, but it is packaged safely in the box. The charger and cable comes with it seems to be apple product but not original ipad charger. The appearance is flawless, not any scratch on screen or back. After used for a week I checked the battery quality from analytic document and the maximum capacity for battery is 100%, which means they replaced the battery. As for performance, you get what you get. If you use this as a base iPad with 12.9 inch with ProMotion screen, and your daily task is only watching videos, the performance can do the job. The machine came with iPadOS 18 installed. But if you expect this to replace some laptop task, you need to get the M chips version. As for value, amazon refurbished excellent is cheaper than this, but they only gurantee 80% battery capacity. Not so sure if it worth the price. It all depends on expectation. As a youtube viewer, it might even do a better job than new 13 inch iPad air.

I traded in a smaller iPad and another piece of tech for this iPad Pro, and I am glad I did. The screen is awesome, it shows no signs of slowing down as a 3rd generation model and has higher specs than my previous (and newer) iPad. If you are going to buy an iPad, invest in some good quality microfibre cloths to clean the screen.

Unfortunately, whilst the delivery was on time it was in a box with the most coarse packing shredded cardboard I've ever received. It was so rough on my hands unpacking the box that it is a wonder the screen wasn't scratched. If CEX will use this material, at least protect the screen somehow.

Additionally, the iPad was so dirty and covered in stickers and glue from previous stickers. I know that it came from a store, but you would have thought that for such an expensive piece of tech, it would be cleaned up a little for the customer.

I LOVE this! The current model of iPad Pro is 7th generation, but my 3rd generation is still going strong and is up-to-date with the current iOS (18). It has a great battery life even when I am streaming movies or music for hours (excellent screen resolution and sound quality). I used to be a meetings notetaker for all-day work project meetings and never had to plug in to charge like the other participants. The battery life is shorter if using Maps via a mobile hotspot while driving long distances, but it quickly gets up to 80% charge once plugged in. To keep it convenient and safe from people or cats sitting on it, I bought a holder than connects to a tripod and keep that next to my favorite chair. It has great wifi range as well and I can sit out in the backyard and still be connected to the router in the front of the house. Also very convenient in the kitchen to keep recipes handy while baking.

DO NOT BUY PRODUCT NOBLE PLANET. But iPad Pro, it was defective encountered numerous charging problems beginning second month. Product got progressively worse after warranty. Requiring numerous visits to Apple service centers finally after doing couple factory resets unit would not turn on anymore advised that buy a new iPad. Noble planets resolution offer was a flimsy 20% discount on next purchase.
